Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use NoddPilot and how we use it. We collect only what we need to run the account, licensing, and download service.

What we collect

• Account — your email address and a salted hash of your password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Security & audit — your IP address and timestamps for activation, sign-in, and access decisions, used to prevent abuse and rate-limit requests.
• Device binding — a hardware identifier (HWID) from the machine you activate on, so a license stays bound to your device(s) within your plan's limit.
• Session — a session cookie for the website and short-lived session tokens for the app.
• Discord (optional) — if you link Discord, your Discord account id, used only to sync your access role.
• Payments — plan and payment metadata (amount, product, status). Card details are handled by our processors; we never see or store your card number.

Payment processors

Card payments are processed by Stripe and optional cryptocurrency payments by a self-hosted Bitcart checkout. Your payment is handled by the processor under its own privacy terms; we receive only the result needed to grant access.

Email

We send transactional email (address verification and password reset) through our email provider (Resend). We do not send marketing email.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and grant the access you are entitled to.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and credential sharing.
• To provide support and to operate the download and update service.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers above (payment, email) to the extent needed to run the Service, or where required by law.

Retention & your choices

We keep account and audit data while your account is active and as needed for security and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account through the support page; some records may be retained where law requires.
