Refund Policy

NoddPilot sells digital access that is delivered immediately. The policy below balances that against treating you fairly. While Open Beta is enabled, access is free and no charges are made.

Day-pass

A day-pass is refundable only if it has not been activated/used. Once you have activated access on the pass, it is non-refundable because it has been consumed.

Monthly subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time and it will not renew. We do not provide partial-month refunds for the current period, but you keep access until the period ends.

Lifetime

Lifetime access is refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the Software.

Cryptocurrency payments

Refunds on crypto payments, where granted, are sent to the originating wallet for the equivalent amount and may be subject to network fees and exchange-rate differences.

Faulty access

If you paid but a defect on our side prevented you from getting the access you bought, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute — we can usually resolve it faster. A chargeback may result in suspension of the associated account.
