Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of NoddPilot (the "Software") and the NoddPilot website and account portal (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What NoddPilot is

NoddPilot is a desktop automation client for Path of Exile 2. It reads game state and drives play through emulated or hardware-emulated input only. It does not write to or inject into the game process. NoddPilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grinding Gear Games.

Account risk. Using any automation may violate the game publisher's Terms of Service and can result in account penalties up to and including a permanent ban. You use the Software entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action taken against your game account. Inside the app, ESC is always the global kill-switch.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Access is bound to your machine (a hardware identifier) per the device limit on your plan, and is limited to one live session at a time.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or license access.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and an active entitlement (a paid plan, or free access while Open Beta is enabled), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your own use. All intellectual property in the Software and Service remains ours.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or defeat the licensing, activation, or update mechanisms.
Do not redistribute the Software or its protected assets.
Do not use the Service to harm others or for any unlawful purpose.

5. Beta software

While Open Beta is enabled, the Software is provided free of charge and may be incomplete, change, or contain defects. Beta access can end at any time, after which continued use requires a paid plan.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service and Software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for game-account actions, or for loss of data or in-game items arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or a payment chargeback. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
